Our Patient Participation Group provides a link between the Practice and the patients, aiming to improve communication as well as providing a means to get the views of patients to the Doctors and their staff. This is extremely valuable, particularly as the NHS undergoes the changes proposed by the Government.
What do we do?
In PPG meetings, which are held every few months, we discuss various issues which are relevant to both the patients and staff. This might include updates from the practice to the patients with regards to services we provide; such as new systems or clinics. These meetings also offer opportunity for us to receive feedback from our patients, including any suggestions for the staff or the general practice.
