Telephone changes
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance patient care and improve access to healthcare services, we will be upgrading our phone system, this will offer all patient an options service throughout the day, to allow us to put you through to the most appropriate member of the team. These changes will commence the week beginning the 14th of October.
This is a new system for our staff as well as our patients so please bear with us if we have any teething issues.
Our online form is still available for you to submit any non-urgent enquiry you may have and are struggling to reach us by phone. This will now be opened from 9am Monday – Friday. Please click on the following link for more information (New triage system)
