Online Bookable appointments

You can now self-book for a range of appointments at the practice by using the online link below, please read the different types of appointments and what they should be used for. Please remember if you book into any of the appointments not for the intended problem you may be asked to cancel and rearrange.

Asthma reviews – All asthma diagnosed patients should have a yearly review this will help manage your symptoms check how you are managing and make changes where needed. IF it has been a year since your last check them, please book an appointment, alternatively if you find that there isn’t any available you can contact the practice to make a booking. Childhood immunisations – You can use the baby immunisation appointments if your child is due their 12-month pre-school booster. Any child needing their 8/12/16wk check please contact the practice to book your appointment, you will also receive a letter or text to remind you to book an appointment. Dep contraception – You should book an appointment every 12 weeks for your depo injection, if you pass your 12 weeks you will have a further discussion and may be asked to take a pregnancy test before treatment can be continued. If you are wanting to book in for a 1st injection, please contact the practice to arrange as this will require further discussion. Early morning GP appointments – These are available to book between 7-8am Monday – Thursday, these are to help with individuals who may struggle due to work patterns. If you require a different time, you can contact the practice to arrange a convenient routine appointment. Or use the online form if you require appointment/advice within the next 72 hours.

Early morning BP check – If you routinely have you BP check or a GP has recently recommended you have this checked then please use these appointments to book in.

Cervical screening/Smear test – Woman aged between 25yrs – 49yrs who haven’t had a smear test for 3 years, or more are invited to book an appointment. Anyone between the ages of 50 – 64, who haven’t had a smear test for 5 years or more are also invited to book in. Everyone in these age groups will receive a letter when they are next due their cervical screening.
