Christmas ordering

To all patients,

Our surgery will be closed on the following dates for the Christmas period:
Monday 25th December Tuesday 26th December Monday 1st January

If you require your repeat prescription before the Christmas period, you will need to submit this no later then Wednesday 20th December.
If you require a repeat prescription before the new year then please order no later then Wednesday 27th December, when the surgery will re-open.
